Testimonials

Dear Bob,

I want to thank you for the great job you did on our pins and portfolios. The quality is the best we have seen.

I am delighted with your service and am equally delighted with the money you have saved our company. I told Mr. Hall that I could buy a nice house with the money you have saved us this past year.

We truly appreciate your fine efforts on our behalf and we are looking forward to working with you. Thanks again.

Sincerely,
Carol J. Clinton

Dear Bob,

We instituted a program in 1990 to improve the attendance at our medical vocational school which included rewarding stars each module to those students with perfect attendance. At first, it met with lukewarm response, but over the years it has grown and now students are very offended if the instructor forgets to award them. They put them on their name badges and wear them with pride. When they leave the school and go out on their internship, they wear their badges and their supervisors ask about them and are impressed when the student explains how they obtained them. If the student has one for every module, the employer sees them as a reliable and dedicated future employee.

Sincerely,

Dear Mike,

I just wanted to let you know, again, how much we all appreciated your efforts in supplying pins and the inscription plaques for the groundbreaking shovels at the groundbreaking for Trinity Lutheran Manor, Inc. The pins especially received a number of excellent comments.

We were especially appreciative on the extra time and effort. You really came through in a "tight spot". Again, thanks.

Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,

As a former general manager of a chain of MATTS accredited schools, I started a program that increased our retention by 27% in the first two months and resulted in a decrease in drops totaling $229,333 over the same period of time the previous year.

The program is really quite simple. It is in fact the realization that students (regardless of age) need rewards and recognition.

I changed the curriculum to enable the student to learn something they could physically accomplish at the end of their 1st week of school. Upon completion of their 1st week they received a Student Pin with the name of their course on it (i.e. "Student Medical Assistant"). This resulted in a much higher scholastic average and created tremendous enthusiasm among the students.

For perfect attendance, I used gold plated Star Pins and these were given every 6 weeks. This was extremely effective. Students were so concerned, they would call in when they were ill to see if they could make up time and still get their star. When they were told they couldn't make up the time for the pin, it was amazing how quickly they recovered from their illness and showed up for class.

Having seen the positive results this program has had for others, I see no reason why it should not be equally successful for you. Not only in the fact that it can drastically improve attendance and your drop ratio, but also in the fact that it can put larger profits in your pocket.

Thank You
